About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Travel Consultant with strong expertise in international destinations to join our team in Noida Extension. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in the travel industry, creating customized international itineraries, handling visa queries, and converting leads into bookings. Key Responsibilities Itinerary Planning: Design and customize international travel packages (flight, hotel, transfers, sightseeing) based on client preferences and budgets. Sales & Conversion: Handle incoming leads, understand customer requirements, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Destination Guidance: Provide expert advice on international destinations, including popular attractions, local customs, climate, and visa requirements. Operations: Manage end-to-end booking processes, including issuing tickets, hotel vouchers, and travel insurance. Customer Support: Resolve client queries and issues before, during, and after the trip to ensure a seamless travel experience. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with DMCs (Destination Management Companies), hoteliers, and suppliers to negotiate rates and ensure service quality. Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role, specifically handling international outbound travel. Destination Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of key international destinations (e.g., Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Maldives). Location: Must be willing to work from the office in Noida Extension . Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Technical Skills: Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus/Galileo) is a plus; comfortable using CRM software and MS Office. What We Offer Competitive salary + attractive incentives.
