Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Executive – Telecom (Voice Process)
Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)
Shift: US Rotational Night Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Offs)
Transport: Two-way Pick-up & Drop Provided

About the Role:

Hiring for an International Telecom Voice & Sales Process supporting US customers. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving telecom-related queries, promoting plans, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls for telecom customers (US).
• Assist with billing, activations, upgrades, and service-related queries.
• Upsell and cross-sell telecom products to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate documentation and deliver high-quality service.
• Meet performance goals for sales, quality, and call handling.

Eligibility:

• HSC with minimum 1 year of International BPO (Voice/Sales) experience.
• Graduates with International BPO experience are also welcome.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in US rotational night shifts.
• Must be Mumbai-based with complete required documents.

Verification & Required Documents:

• Relieving letters mandatory for the last 2 employments/organizations.
• Must also submit Offer Letter, Pay Slips, and Bank Statements for verification.
• UAN-based background verification will be conducted for the last 2 employments.
• No relocation cases accepted — candidates must currently reside in Mumbai.
