International technical support Executive (UK/ US)

Job Description: As a Senior Tech Sales Associate at Adeeba e-Services, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers facing computer issues. Your main tasks will include diagnosing the problems effectively and recommending the most suitable technical support plan along with relevant software solutions to meet the customer's needs. You will have the opportunity to provide top-notch technical assistance to our US, AUS, and Canadian clients 24x7, utilizing your expertise to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition to resolving technical issues, you will be actively involved in promoting and selling our support plans, contributing to the overall success of the team. This role offers a competitive package that includes a fixed salary credited on the 1st of every month, along with high incentives such as daily sales incentives, attendance incentives, and monthly sales incentives. Moreover, you can expect a hike of 15% - 20% on your last drawn salary, a loyalty bonus of Rs. 5000 annually, and a referral bonus of Rs. 2000 for each recommended candidate.
