International Student Advisor (US Sales) | Night Shift

As a Student Advisor at Fullstack Academy (A Simplilearn Company), your primary responsibility will be to support and educate prospective students interested in our immersive tech education programs. You will reach out to these potential students to understand their educational needs, goals, and aspirations. By effectively communicating the nature, value, and career opportunities associated with our programs, you will inspire and guide students towards making informed decisions. Your key responsibilities will include conducting outbound calls to individuals who have shown interest in immersive tech education, engaging with them to assess how our courses align with their objectives, and showcasing the unique features and benefits of our programs tailored to their aspirations. Following up with prospective students, providing them with necessary resources, and maintaining updated CRM databases will also be part of your role. Collaboration with the enrollment advising team, marketing team, and product team is essential to ensure alignment between student needs and program offerings. You will work towards achieving program enrollment targets and stay informed about the evolving aspects of Fullstack Academy programs. Additionally, you may be required to deliver virtual presentations, manage email communications, and analyze results to support the Student Advisory function effectively.
