International Sales Specialist- USA

You should have a proven track record in closing high-value enterprise software/IT Services/ERP deals in the Transport & Logistics industry, with a strong focus on the US market. Demonstrated ability to drive complex sales cycles and deliver business value to enterprise customers. Your key responsibilities will include owning and delivering on the annual sales targets for the US region, driving direct sales of software products, solutions, and related services, identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities across target accounts, expanding presence within existing enterprise customers through upselling and cross-selling, building a robust 10x sales pipeline to manage risk and maintain deal velocity, and aligning with internal teams to ensure customer-centric solution delivery. You should also stay up to date with market trends and continuously enhance product and industry knowledge. Key Skills required for this role are 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales within the US market, strong domain knowledge in Transport & Logistics, Ports, and Supply Chain industries, proven ability to develop and grow enterprise-level accounts, consistent record of achieving quarterly and annual sales targets, and working knowledge of competitor ERP products, pricing models, and key differentiators. In terms of Behavioral Skills, you should be highly self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach, possess strong business acumen and the ability to influence decision-makers, have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote sales environment. It is essential that you have experience in enterprise Software/ERP sales - IT Services/IT Consulting/IT Software business and hold a Valid US Visa. Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have experience in selling to Transport & Logistics industry.,
