Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth by making outbound calls and following up on leads.
• Identify and Qualify Opportunities to close deals and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Build Customer Relationships through consistent communication and support.
• Understand Customer Needs and offer tailored product/service solutions.
• Provide Product Information via calls and emails, highlighting features and benefits.
• Maintain Customer Database of current and potential clients.
• Upsell and Cross-Sell based on market insights and customer profiles.
• Stay Informed on Competitors to position offerings more effectively.
• Support Pre- and Post-Sales Queries to ensure client satisfaction.
• Contribute Strategically by researching market trends and improving sales approaches.
