International Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to international customers (US & UK market)
  • Handle inbound queries and convert leads into sales
  • Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

    English

  • Fluent and confident English is

    mandatory

  • Experience in international telesales / BPO / call center is preferred
  • Freshers with excellent English communication may also apply
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in

    US & UK shifts (night shift)

Skills Required:

  • Strong sales and convincing skills
  • Active listening and customer handling
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel is a plus)
