International Sales Executive

Redlitmus Communications India Pvt Ltd is seeking Carrier Relations Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with global telecom carriers and vendors. This role focuses on commercial negotiations, route optimization, quality management, and strategic partnerships to ensure reliable and cost-effective messaging services.

Key Responsibilities Carrier & Vendor Management

• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with international telecom carriers and SMS vendors
• Act as the primary point of contact for all carrier communications and escalations
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new carrier partners

Commercials & Negotiations

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements with carriers
• Optimize termination costs while maintaining high-quality delivery
• Review and renew contracts and commercial agreements periodically

Routing & Quality Management

• Coordinate with routing and NOC teams to ensure optimal traffic routing
• Monitor route quality, delivery ratios, latency, and failures
• Work with carriers to resolve quality issues, filtering, and delivery challenges

Traffic & Volume Management

• Analyze traffic trends and volumes across routes
• Support sales teams with competitive pricing and reliable routes
• Ensure volume commitments are met

Reporting & Market Intelligence

• Prepare carrier performance, cost, and quality reports
• Track market pricing trends, route changes, and competitor movements
• Provide insights to management to support strategic decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Client Handling.
• Strong understanding of international Sales.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost and quality optimization
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience in A2P SMS, OTP, and enterprise messaging
• Ability to work across multiple time zones
• Experience working with international carriers and vendors
• Experience collaborating with sales, routing, and finance teams

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
