Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Sales Executive (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in International Sales, Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, and Business Development, with a proven track record of managing international clients and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate high-quality international leads through various channels.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with global clients.
• Understand client needs and present suitable solutions accordingly.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and client interactions.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in International Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
• Proven track record of handling international clients and generating revenue.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Strong understanding of international markets and sales dynamics.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and lead-generation platforms.
• Only Female candidates preferred.
• Candidates from Kolkata or willing to relocate to Salt Lake Sector V preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.

Salary:

• Competitive salary (as per company standards) with attractive incentives based on performance.
