Job Title: International Sales Executive (Female)

Company: 18 Infratech

Location: Noida

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (timing can be adjusted if required)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of international calling / B2B sales

Salary: ₹18,000 fixed + very good performance-based incentives

Job Summary

18 Infratech is hiring a confident and dynamic International Sales Executive (Female) with proven experience in international calling. The candidate will focus on generating leads and closing opportunities with architects, engineering consultants, and construction firms across the UK, US, Europe, and Australia for our BIM and CAD services.

Key Responsibilities

Make international cold calls to prospective clients in the AEC industry.

Generate high-quality leads through research, LinkedIn, email outreach, and databases.

Pitch 18 Infratech’s BIM, CAD drafting, and documentation services effectively.

Manage the entire sales funnel: outreach → follow-up → setting meetings → assisting in proposal preparation.

Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM tools.

Coordinate virtual meetings between clients and the technical team.

Submit weekly sales and lead reports to management.

Consistently work toward weekly and monthly revenue/lead targets.

Build long-term professional relationships with international clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in international calling or inside sales.

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).

Confidence in speaking with clients in UK, US, Australia, and Europe.

Strong lead generation and research capabilities.

Knowledge of CRM tools and B2B communication.

Target-driven, persuasive, proactive, and self-motivated.

Ability to learn BIM & CAD services quickly.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Experience in AEC outsourcing, IT, or BPO international sales.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.

Experience selling technical or service-based solutions.

Compensation

₹18,000 fixed salary
