We're looking for a female candidate for the role of Business Development Manager to join our International Sales team. The role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, pitching products/services, and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Generate leads (inbound & outbound) and explore new markets
* Conduct outreach via email/phone to set up meetings
* Prepare presentations and marketing support materials
* Negotiate deals and support clients throughout the sales process
* Collaborate with the team and assist in training
* Maintain confidentiality and uphold company reputation
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written English communication
* Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
* Good understanding of sales & payments industry (training provided)
* Time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
* Flexibility to work outside standard hours
* Must be a graduate
