Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage international patient operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
Develop and maintain relationships with international clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Oversee the entire process from initial inquiry to post-operative care, ensuring timely communication with patients and families.
Collaborate with hospital teams to resolve any issues or concerns related to international patient care.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in international business development.

2-7 years of experience in hospital management, operations, or a similar field.
Strong knowledge of hospital operations, including emergency services, ICU, NICU, ORs, pharmacy, radiology, laboratory testing facilities etc. .
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) for effective interaction with patients' relatives overseas.
