As an International Non Voice team member at our company located in Electronic City, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers on a daily basis, addressing their issues and ensuring their satisfaction via calls. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with customers to handle their issues from start to finish - Engage customers proactively to solve problems and ensure their satisfaction - Build strong rapport with customers while diagnosing and resolving issues - Provide exceptional service and deliver an outstanding customer experience - Manage customer expectations by providing clear estimates of response times Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: PU / Any Degree - Work Experience: Freshers/Experience - Language: Good communication skills in English - Age: 19-45 In this full-time role with night shifts (US Shift) and a 5-day workweek with 2 rotational days off, you will be part of a dynamic team that values customer service excellence. The compensation package ranges from 18000 to 28000, inclusive of cab facility, food allowance, and incentives up to 6k. Additionally, food will be provided at the work location.
