Role & responsibilities Patient Coordination: Assist international patients with appointment scheduling, medical documentation, visa assistance, and travel arrangements. Liaison Services: Act as a bridge between patients and various hospital departments, including medical, billing, and administrative teams. Cultural Support: Provide cultural orientation and language assistance to ensure patients feel comfortable and informed. Billing & Insurance: Guide patients through the billing process, including insurance verification and third-party payments. Feedback Management: Collect and address patient feedback to improve services and resolve any concerns promptly. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and services provided. Preferred candidate profile Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with hospital information systems is advantageous. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
