International Marketing API Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for promoting a range of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) in the international market for IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Limited. Your role will involve strategic thinking, customer engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to drive growth within the API segment. As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams for order processing, and refining marketing strategies through data analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets to expand the adoption of API solutions. - Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. - Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, aligning with company objectives and revenue targets. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of API solutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. - Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote APIs in international markets. - Develop sales forecasts and provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends. - Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to API marketing and sales. Qualifications: - Education: Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. Experience: - 4-6 years of marketing experience within the API sector. - Proven track record of success in international markets. Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling marketing content. - Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals. - Ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization. Travel: - Willingness to travel extensively for business meetings, client visits, and industry conferences.
