International Marketing API Specialist

You will be responsible for promoting the range of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) in the international market for IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Limited. This role demands strategic thinking, customer engagement, and collaboration with various teams to drive growth within the API segment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in international markets to expand API solutions adoption - Conducting market research to analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape - Leading the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of API solutions - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders - Contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote APIs in international markets - Developing sales forecasts and providing regular reports on sales performance and market trends - Staying informed about relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to API marketing and sales Qualifications required for this role include a Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. Additionally, you should have 4-6 years of marketing experience specifically within the API sector and a proven track record of success in international markets. Skills such as excellent communication, strong sales and negotiation abilities, market analysis proficiency, technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration capabilities are essential. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus, along with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the organization. As part of this role, you should be willing to travel extensively for business meetings, client visits, and industry conferences.
