If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for international trade and logistics, we encourage you to apply and join our growing team. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Documentation Management:** Prepare, submit, and maintain all shipping documentation required for international transactions. - **Shipment Coordination:** Monitor and coordinate international shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery. - **Vendor Communication:** Communicate with vendors, forwarders, and courier companies to effectively manage and track shipments. - **Reporting:** Prepare detailed logistics reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. - **Support Functions:** Provide administrative support to the Purchase and Logistics teams by maintaining records and facilitating communication. **Qualifications Required:** - BBA in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or B.Com, B.Sc. - Freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in International Logistics documentation. - Proficiency in English (both written and verbal). - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Competency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
