This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in Import Export Documentation. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing, submitting, and maintaining all shipping documentation required for international transactions. You will also be responsible for monitoring and coordinating international shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in English, both written and verbal, and possess strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. Competency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software is essential, along with effective communication and teamwork abilities. In addition to your day-to-day tasks, you will be expected to communicate with vendors, forwarders, and courier companies to manage and track shipments effectively.
