International Lead Exec

Company Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the US logistics market.
• Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Understand client needs and set appointments for the sales team.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain a high standard of communication.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (must).
• Prior experience in international calling/lead generation will be an advantage.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in night shifts (US time zone).
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
