Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. Your main tasks will include diagnosing the problems, suggesting the most suitable solution to the customers, and promoting technical support plans and relevant software. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and manage inbound calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnose the technical problems accurately - Provide customers with the best plan to resolve their issues - Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues over the phone - Willingness to work in US shift timings for 6 days a week Please note: This is a direct company job posting, and there are no recruitment fees involved.
