Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Tech Support Associate at Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers facing issues with printers, routers, and antivirus software. Your main tasks will include diagnosing the problems, recommending suitable solutions, and selling technical support plans and relevant software to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound calls from customers regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnose the problems efficiently and effectively - Recommend the best plan to resolve the customer's issue - Sell technical support plans along with relevant software Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in tech support or customer service is preferred - Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets Additional Details: Please note that this is a direct company posting, and Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd does not charge any recruitment fees.
