Who Can Apply:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer queries via calls, emails, or chat
• Provide excellent support for international customers
• Resolve product, service, or technical issues with empathy
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate/HSC (Freshers Welcome)
• Prior experience in international customer support is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong command of English
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
