Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, insurance providers, and healthcare professionals in the US.
  • Assist in the verification of insurance eligibility, benefits, and authorization requirements.
  • Support medical billing and claims processing, including denial management and payment follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions using company CRM tools.
  • Provide information and assistance related to medical procedures, billing status, and claim resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and data privacy standards.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, accuracy, and call handling time.
