Job Title: International Seller Support Executive Working Days: 5 Days Working (20 Working Days a Month with 2 Additional Weekly Offs) Experience Required: Fresher to 1 Year Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate (with Fluent English Communication) Salary: CTC up to ₹30,000 + Incentives (Minimum in-hand ₹22,000) Job Description: We are hiring for the position of International Seller Support Executive for Flipkart’s global seller operations. This is a voice and email-based role that blends sales support with customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving queries, assisting with onboarding, and identifying opportunities to enhance seller performance on the platform. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound communication with international sellers. Guide sellers through account setup, product listing, and order fulfillment. Address queries related to payments, returns, logistics, and platform policies. Promote features and services that improve seller success and satisfaction. Identify and drive upsell opportunities for premium seller services. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues. Maintain clear and accurate records of all seller interactions and resolutions.
