Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers such as CXO, HR Heads, and L&D Heads to expand our corporate client base, encompassing a user base of 10,000-15,000 employees. Your primary focus will be on creating a portfolio of corporate clients through a consultative approach, particularly with international clients, to identify and address their Up-Skilling & Re-Skilling requirements effectively. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing strategic partnerships in designated international markets, collaborating closely with partners to enable training programs and generate revenues from clients indirectly. In this role, you will be responsible for devising Up-Skilling & Re-Skilling plans in conjunction with internal stakeholders, including L&D and Business Heads, to tailor solutions that align with client needs. Your role will also involve gathering domain-specific feedback to enhance content offerings and ensure they meet client expectations. Furthermore, you will collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and secure deals successfully, taking ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to client satisfaction. Your dedication to ensuring seamless usage by client employees will be crucial for driving client success. To excel in this position, you should possess strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills, with a keen interest in business growth and a readiness to tackle new challenges. The ideal candidate will bring 3-7 years of experience in international B2B sales, with a focus on US, Europe, and Middle East markets, preferably within the HR industry, HR Tech, or L&D HR Sales. A background in working with engineering companies and a Graduate/MBA education will be advantageous in this role.
