We are hiring experienced International Customer Support & Sales Executives for our growing team in Jaipur.
If you have experience speaking with international customers and enjoy both helping people and closing sales through conversation, this role offers stability, good pay, and real career growth.

This is a work-from-office role in Jaipur. Candidates from any city in India can apply if they are open to relocating.

Role Overview

This is a blended customer support + sales role. Your daily work will include:

• Handling international customer chats / calls
• Listening carefully to customer questions and concerns
• Providing clear solutions and accurate information
• Explaining products or services in a simple, convincing way
• Handling upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and conversions
• Closing sales while keeping customer experience positive
• Maintaining call quality and documentation standards

If you are comfortable talking, explaining, and persuading without being pushy, you will do well here.

Who Can Apply

• Graduates only (any stream)
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable working night or rotational shifts
• Willing to relocate to Jaipur and work from office

Salary & Incentives

• 1 year experience: INR 40,000 – 44,000 per month
• 2+ years experience: INR 44,000 – 46,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives in addition to fixed salary

This is a competitive salary range for international voice and sales roles.

Relocation Support Provided

To support candidates joining from outside Jaipur, we provide:

• Travel tickets or reimbursement
• Relocation bonus
• 14 days hotel accommodation after joining
• Support during onboarding and settling in
