What You’ll Do

• Manage voice and non-voice interactions with overseas clients
• Provide assistance via phone, email, and live chat
• Solve issues, guide customers, and deliver a great service experience
• Keep records updated in CRM systems
• Achieve performance metrics like customer satisfaction, accuracy, and response time

Who Can Apply

• Education: Open for graduates & undergraduates (any stream)
• Skills:
• Strong command of English (speaking & writing)
• Good problem-solving and listening skills
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• Experience: Freshers & experienced professionals both welcome
• Location: Open to candidates from all over India willing to work on-site in Jaipur
