We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our International Customer Support team. The role involves handling queries from US-based customers, ensuring timely resolution, and delivering exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for US customers.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations within defined SLAs.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Maintain high service standards and adhere to company policies.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
Graduate/Undergraduate with 03 years of experience in customer support (international process preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (US accent advantage).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in International BPO/Call Center (US process).
Familiarity with customer support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.
Ability to handle pressure and meet performance targets.
