Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound customer queries for international (US/UK) clients through
voice, chat, or blended
processes.
Provide accurate resolutions while maintaining high service quality and professionalism.
Meet performance metrics including AHT, quality scores, attendance, and schedule adherence.
Ensure timely escalation of unresolved issues and collaborate with internal teams when required.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have
excellent English communication skills
(verbal and written).
Prior experience in
International Voice/Chat/Blended
process preferred (freshers with strong communication can apply).

UG / Graduate / Any Stream
with
excellent English communication skills
.
Candidates
interested specifically in voice/chat/blended roles only
back-office candidates please do not apply.
Ability to work in
rotational shifts
(US/UK timing).
Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within short notice preferred.
