International Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and professional International Customer Service Executive to handle global customer queries, complaints, and support requests via phone, email, or chat. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a problem-solving attitude to deliver a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries from international clients via voice, email, and chat support.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the root cause.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
• Meet performance benchmarks in terms of quality, accuracy, and response time.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in international customer service preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in night shifts or across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc.).
• Ability to handle pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹8,694.90 - ₹30,000.00 per month
