International Customer Service Executive (Voice Process)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients
• Provide accurate and efficient resolutions to customer queries and issues
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Document call details and update CRM systems as required
• Adhere to process guidelines and performance metrics
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and knowledge sharing

Key Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to handle customer queries with professionalism and patience
• Good problem-solving and active listening skills
• Willingness to work in a 24×7 shift environment (night shifts predominant)

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate
• Experience: 0-3 years in International Customer Service (Voice Process)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)

Experience:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service, BPO in international voice process: 1 year (Preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills: 1 year (Preferred)
• Problem-solving ability with a customer-centric mindset: 1 year (Preferred)
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools: 1 year (Preferred)
• Willingness to work in a 24×7 shift environment: 1 year (Preferred)
• Inbound & Outbound calls: 1 year (Preferred)
• Team collaboration: 1 year (Preferred)
