Job Title: Inbound Customer Care Executive (International Process)

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months of international inbound customer service experience

Job Location: pune
Shift: Rotational shifts

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls from international clients professionally and efficiently
• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues
• Provide accurate information and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Maintain proper call etiquette and follow quality standards
• Update customer details and call information in CRM systems
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required
• Meet performance metrics such as call quality, AHT, and customer satisfaction scores

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months experience in an international inbound process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work in rotational/night shifts
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
• Customer-focused attitude with good listening skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in voice-based international customer support
• Ability to handle high call volumes
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
