Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an International Customer Service representative in Aviation, Hospitality, or BPO sectors. The International Customer Service representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, providing excellent customer service, and processing transactions. The role will involve understanding customer needs, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring a high-quality experience. The representative will work closely with other teams to ensure customer issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

Strong Analytical skills

Understanding of Sales and Finance principles

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Experience in Aviation, Hospitality, or BPO industry is a plus

Proficiency in relevant computer applications, including MS Office

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
