Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Servicing: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, sponsors, and partners across the MENA region.

2. Speaker Curation: Identify, engage, and manage top regional and international speakers and thought leaders.

3. Editorial Planning: Research and design impactful and relevant event themes, agendas, and panel topics.

4. Event Execution: Oversee complete event lifecycle—from ideation to post-event reporting.

5. Audience & Delegate Curation: Identify and invite key professionals and decision-makers for meaningful participation.

6. Case Study Management: Develop, document, and present case studies that reflect market insights and success stories.

7. Travel & On-ground Execution: Travel within or outside the city for meetings, venue checks, and on-site event delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2+ years of experience in conference production or B2B events, specifically within the MENA region.

3. Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

4. Strong research, content development, and project management skills.

5. Well-networked with industry leaders across key MENA sectors.

6. Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

7. Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms.
