International Clearance & Settlements Processing Analyst

Role Overview: As a Clearance & Settlements associate at UBS Financial Services Inc., you will collaborate with team members to address any outstanding escalations and issues. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day International Settlement processes, ensuring trade settlements are conducted accurately, and minimizing risks to uphold the firm's reputation and client service standards. Additionally, you will work closely with various Operations teams to achieve common goals and provide timely responses to client inquiries. Key Responsibilities: - Perform International Settlement processes and associated controls for UBS Financial Services - Collaborate with Operations teams to accomplish mutual objectives - Provide accurate responses to systemic requests and inquiries from client branches - Identify issues and escalate them to appropriate stakeholders promptly - Participate in team meetings to share best practices and volume trends - Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices - Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are current and reviewed regularly Qualifications Required: - 1-5 years of experience in the financial services/securities industry - Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field - Ability to multitask and engage with multiple clients and business partners simultaneously - Highly motivated with a quick learning ability in a fast-paced environment - Team player with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel - Strong communication and interpersonal skills About the Company: UBS Financial Services Inc. is a prominent firm in the financial services industry, committed to delivering exceptional wealth management services and innovative solutions to clients.
