Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused Chat Support Executive to handle credit card-related queries through live chat. The role demands strong written communication skills, high typing speed, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic support environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries related to credit cards via live chat platforms
  • Assist customers with billing, disputes, applications, rewards, and more
  • Deliver prompt and effective first-contact resolution
  • Work efficiently across dual chat platforms while maintaining quality
  • Follow support scripts, guidelines, and escalation protocols as needed

Key Requirements:

International chat support, Mobile messaging support, Written communication, Typing speed (55+ WPM with 90% accuracy), Multitasking, Troubleshooting, Night shift availability

Job Highlights:
