Job Description

International Chat Process Associate

Roles and Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via live chat.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information to international customers regarding products, services, and policies.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly, efficient, and effective support.
Document all chat interactions and customer information accurately and meticulously.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Adhere to all company and international standards for data privacy and customer service.
Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Skills Required

Excellent written communication skills in English, with impeccable grammar and spelling.
Strong typing speed and accuracy.
Ability to understand and respond to customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
The ability to multitask and manage a high volume of chats.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication platforms.
