Role & responsibilities

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates to join our International Chat Process team. The role involves handling customer queries via chat for our global clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle international customer queries through chat efficiently and professionally
Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner
Maintain quality and adhere to process guidelines and standards
Manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining a positive tone
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary

Eligibility:

Excellent written communication skills in English
Ability to work night shifts effectively
Prior experience in chat support is a plus but not mandatory
Must be able to join immediately
Fresher are eligible
