Handle chat-based customer service processes efficiently.
Engage with customers through chat to address their queries and concerns.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Fresher or Minimum 6 year of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in English.
Strong typing skills (30 words per minute with 90% accuracy).
