Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual for the position of International Chat Blended & Voice Process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat and voice channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via chat and voice in a professional manner.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and maintain records of conversations in the system.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service quality.
Follow company policies and procedures while handling customer requests.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in using computers and navigating chat and voice software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
