Job Title: International Calling Executive Salary: ₹17,000 per month Location: Pune Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound international calls to potential clients/customers and handling inbound queries efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound international calls to prospective customers. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication. Provide accurate information about products/services and address customer concerns. Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Update call logs and CRM records accurately. Work collaboratively with team members to improve call quality and efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, and ENTC. 1 years of experience in international calling/customer service . Excellent verbal communication skills in English . Basic computer knowledge . Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
