Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls for international clients (primarily U.S.-based).
  • Provide accurate information about services, resolve customer queries, and ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Follow communication scripts and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by team leads or managers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication flow and timely resolution of issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Prior experience in an international call center or voice process is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
  • Ability to work in night shifts (mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,121.22 - ₹23,260.59 per month
