International Business Development Executive – Global B2B Sales & Digital Marketing

Job Description

We are looking for an International Business Development Executive to identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets through targeted prospecting, outbound outreach, and professional client communication.

The role involves researching potential businesses, connecting with international decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, and other channels, understanding client requirements, presenting relevant digital marketing services, and managing follow-ups to convert prospects into business opportunities.

You will focus on markets such as the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other international regions. The role may also involve developing partnerships with overseas agencies through white-label services, outsourcing arrangements, and other B2B collaboration opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, an understanding of B2B sales, and the confidence to engage with international prospects and build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients, businesses, agencies, and decision-makers in international markets.
• Generate qualified international leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, online research, and other relevant prospecting channels.
• Approach overseas business owners, founders, marketing managers, and other decision-makers to introduce company services.
• Understand client business requirements and identify suitable digital marketing and related service opportunities.
• Present services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, and Website Design & Development.
• Conduct professional sales conversations with international prospects and communicate service benefits clearly.
• Manage follow-ups, respond to inquiries, address initial objections, and nurture prospects throughout the sales process.
• Identify opportunities for white-label services, outsourcing, and strategic partnerships with international agencies.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with international clients and potential business partners.
• Coordinate proposals, service discussions, and commercial requirements with relevant internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, outreach activities, conversations, follow-ups, and business opportunities in the CRM.
• Work toward defined lead-generation, outreach, and business-development targets.
• Monitor ongoing opportunities and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential international business.
