Job Description

We are looking for a confident and results-driven International Business Development Executive to identify global business opportunities, generate leads, and acquire international clients for our IT and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales, and the ability to build professional relationships with overseas clients.

The role involves researching international markets, connecting with potential clients, pitching website development and digital marketing solutions, preparing proposals, conducting virtual meetings, and managing sales follow-ups to convert prospects into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, online research, and other prospecting channels.
• Connect with international businesses to understand their requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Promote website development, SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and other IT solutions.
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and service presentations for overseas clients.
• Conduct virtual meetings, sales discussions, and negotiations with prospective customers.
• Follow up consistently with leads to improve conversion rates and close deals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and business partners.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, proposals, and sales pipelines in the CRM.
• Research international market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Achieve targets related to lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in international sales, business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition is preferred. Experience selling IT services, website development, or digital marketing solutions to overseas clients will be an added advantage.
