About the role:

Help with schedule changes and baggage queries
Support customers with special assistance

Day-to-day:

Handle ticket rebooking as per policy and explain baggage rules
Process vouchers/EMDs and ensure accurate PNR updates
Meet AHT, quality, and service standards

Must-haves:

Stay calm under pressure and handle customer issues professionally
Explain policies and solutions clearly in simple language

Key Skills:

irline support with voice handling and PNR updates
Follow airline policies accurately
