We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling outbound/inbound calls from international customers, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers in a professional manner. Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and address customer concerns effectively. Maintain and update customer information in the system accurately. Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Follow communication and troubleshooting guidelines to ensure consistent support. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as required. Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and call handling standards. Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and adherence to shift timings
