Position Overview:

Join our growing team and play a crucial role in assisting students with university and college offer letter applications, ensuring timely processing and exceptional service delivery for our international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process university and college offer letter applications efficiently and accurately

• Liaise with Australian universities and educational institutions

• Maintain detailed records of application progress and deadlines

• Communicate with students regarding application status and requirements

• Ensure all documentation meets university standards and submission deadlines

• Coordinate with our Australian team for seamless service delivery

• Provide administrative support for the admissions process

• Assist with student visa documentation as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Business Administration, or related field)

• 2+ years of experience in admissions, education consultancy, or student services

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

• Must be available to work Australian business hours (early morning India time)

• Reliable internet connection and home office setup

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Australian education system

• Previous work with international students

• Knowledge of student visa processes

• Experience in education consultancy or migration services

Australian business hours (approximately 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM IST)
