1. Monitoring Statutory Compliance and government regulations
2. Evaluating internal controls and identify the risks in financial reporting,
3.Examine expenditures, income and financial records for accuracy, compliance
4. Investigate irregularities and ensure safeguards protecting company and conduct audit for specific concerns
5. Evaluating financial records, financial controls within the construction projects
6.Preparation of detailed audit reports and present findings to management
7.Follow up on the implementation of corrective actions
8. conduct internal audits of construction projects and its financial processes and understanding of construction accounting
9.Analyze the risk associated with construction project operations and financial activities
1.Male candidate with Bachelor of Degree in accounting or any degree with Certified internal auditor (CIA) or Chartered Accountant
2. Minimum 3 years of audit experience , preferably in construction industry
3. Strong understanding of construction financial processes and controls
4. Excellent analytical skills
5. Attention to details and ability to manage multiple tasks
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills
7. Strong Computer operating knowledge with excellent excel knowledge
