Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute

  comprehensive internal audit plans

  covering all operational, financial, and compliance areas.
• Review and strengthen

  internal controls

• Conduct

  to identify potential control gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform

  across multiple manufacturing units.
• Evaluate the

  effectiveness of cost control measures

  , working capital management, and financial reporting systems.
• Ensure compliance with

  statutory regulations

  company policies

  corporate governance standards

• Present audit findings, risk observations, and recommendations to the

  CFO and Board Audit Committee

  .
• Liaise with external auditors and support in statutory and tax audit processes.
  
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and accountability across departments.
  
• Build and lead an

  internal audit team

  , fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• CA Qualified

  with

  20–25 years of post-qualification experience

  in Internal Audit.
• Must have worked in

  manufacturing setups

  —

  preferably metals, auto components, or process industries

  .
• Proven track record of

  leading audit teams

  and managing multi-location audits.
• Strong understanding of

  SAP-based systems

  , internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
