Description:

• Conceptualize, Design & Communicate through creative design fostering organizations vision of building a Better World For People, For Planet
• Develop Creative communication in Vernaculars of Global communities which are beneficiaries or can benefit from Organizations initiatives
• Lead everything on the creative side from Shoots, Design to Social Media Handles etc.
• Engage with external agencies for Branded Text, Audio & Video Content
• Create Collaterals for Internal & External Communication
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for learning and growing in the design field.
• Creative thinking and an eagerness to contribute new ideas to the design process.
• Build and establish our in-house design studio from the ground up.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-function teams for seamless execution.

What we are looking for:

• Self-directed leader with an entrepreneurial spirit who proactively takes ownership and is excited about using design to impact humanity
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, illustrator and UX research or similar tools.
• Solid knowledge on Design thinking, Brainstorming, UX principles-methods, branding+visual design.
• Ability to champion continuous change and consult with versatility
• Passion to work in entrepreneurial set-ups, creating / managing a business, comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and working in a constantly evolving business environment
• A desire to work in the impact space, with a passion to make the world a "better" place .
